Curt Padilla is CEO & Founder of LFI Programs. Using his more than 25 years of hands-on experience in financial wellness, identity theft and legal benefits planning and administration, Curt and his team work closely with employers, insurance companies, associations, and benefits card providers to create customized comprehensive services that work for companies and beneficiaries. Whether integrating into an existing program or building a strategic plan from scratch, we work to understand each client's unique needs to develop customized solutions from initial engagement to management and growth.
Throughout his career, Curt has successfully worked with large and small employee assistance programs, employers affinity programs and organizations including Aetna, Humana, Union Plus (American Federation of Teachers), AON Affinity to name a few. His expertise, attention to detail and customer-focused approach has been key to retaining clients for an average of 15 years while maintaining a 95% annual retention rate.
